How Do I Place an order online?
When you place an order on our website you can choose to have it shipped or to pick up local. (2nd step of checkout)
If you select local pickup you the shipping cost will be taken off your total amount before you proceed to the next step.
We have 3 locations where you can pickup free of charge:
Nobleford: 705 Centennial Ave. Your order will be placed in the mailbox outside and you can pickup at your convenience. I'll email you when your item is in the box and ready for pickup.
Lethbridge: 540 36th Street North. Your order will be placed in a brown trunk in the entry way. Pickup times are during office hours: Monday to Friday 8-5. I'll email you when your item is in the box and ready for pickup.
Gerdine's House: Pickup @ 220079 Range Road 221. I'll email when your order is ready for pickup.
If you wish to have the item shipped, select shipping and proceed through checkout.
Are your items true to size?
We understand that ordering items online can be tricky but we try to make this process as easy as possible.
We are working hard to ensure that every item has an accurate description of the sizing and material. If you have purchased an item and would look like to leave a review please feel free to do so! It's so helpful and always appreciated!
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your product we will do our best to switch sizing or help you out. If you wish to return your item, you have 10 days to do so. From there we issue a store credit but we don't do refunds.
